MSJ as Pakistan’s Representative of DRBF

As the Country Representative of DRBF, Mian Sheraz Javaid (MSJ) has been instrumental in facilitating the adoption of international best practices for dispute boards within local construction contracts. He organized extensive training sessions targeted at engineers and legal professionals, actively promoted the integration of dispute boards in public-private partnership agreements, and collaborated with government bodies to institutionalize their use across Pakistan’s infrastructure projects.
