Mian Sheraz Javaid successfully concluded Session 1 of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (Ciarb) Module 1 course on "Law, Practice & Procedure of International Arbitration" in Islamabad. The session marked a significant milestone in Pakistan’s journey to strengthening its arbitration capacity, as legal professionals from across the region gathered to learn the foundational principles and practical applications of international arbitration.
Mian Sheraz Javaid conducted the first batch of candidates for the prestigious Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (Ciarb) Accelerated Route to Fellowship (ARF) program. This initiative is a long-term catalyst because it instills a designed pathway for a person who needs to become an accredited Fellow of the Ciarb, a globally recognised designation at the highest expert level in the arbitration field.
