Mian Sheraz Javaid Leads ADR Centre Development Training in Nepal to Strengthen Arbitration Infrastructure
Mian Sheraz Javaid, alongside Tony Andriotis, hosted an intensive ADR Centre Development Training session in Kathmandu, Nepal. The workshop provided a strong ground for the reconstruction of the existing foundations of NEPCA and reminded the audience to develop ADR centres through both technical infrastructure as well as legislation and capacity-building efforts.
