MSJ Trains Judges on Mediation Frameworks in 6-Day Punjab Judicial Academy Program
In a significant step toward reshaping the role of the judiciary in dispute resolution, Mian Sheraz Javaid (MSJ)—renowned English Barrister, Civil Engineer, and Chair of the CIArb Pakistan Branch—led a six-day intensive judicial training on “Understanding Mediation and Its Framework” at the Punjab Judicial Academy. The program was designed to equip 37 judicial officers with advanced tools to facilitate mediation referrals and excel as mediators within Pakistan’s evolving justice landscape.
