The Tokyo Summit 2024 for Commercial Dispute Resolution in China, organized by the Beijing Arbitration Commission/Beijing International Arbitration Court, was held from the 15th to the 17th of October, 2024. Representing Pakistan, Mian Sheraz Javaid, alongside his co-panelists Jun Chi and Daniel Allen, discussed the role of effective dispute resolution in large-scale commercial projects under the Belt and Road Initiative.
