Mian Sheraz Javaid: Sharing Expertise in International Commercial Arbitration at Nepal Training Program
Mian Sheraz Javaid was part of a cohort of expert trainers that led the South Asia Regional International Commercial Arbitration Information Exchange, hosted at the Nepal Council of Arbitration (NEPCA). In this forum, 50 practitioners from Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Nepal, Bangladesh, India, Maldives and others were able to discuss the arbitration's procedural nuances.
