The fourth edition of Uzbek Arbitration Week (UzAW) took place in Tashkent, Uzbekistan from the 9th to the 13th of September, 2024, hosted by The Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Uzbekistan and the Tashkent International Arbitration Centre (TIAC). Mian Sheraz Javaid represented Ciarb Pakistan and, alongside his co-panelists co-panelists Elizabeth Chan (陳曉彤) and Artur Skrebets, discussed the development of ODR and AI in the arbitration process and the future of dispute resolution.
